Getting it together

I've been in school a week and it hasn't been so bad. It's challenging and we're still trying to figure out a way to optimize study time at night, but God's revealing His plan. I think our biggest challenge for the semester will be getting Finley to sleep in her crib. I've got to call Dr. Aljabi and see when it's safe to start the process. We've started putting her in the crib to get her used to the idea. She likes it for twenty to thirty minutes. She is lovin' her bouncy chair and the peanutshell. Thank goodness for Melanie Stilli's kind gift--LOVE the peanutshell!
I feel like there is so much more to blog about. I have a spare moment and my mind is blank. I guess the good stuff is crowded out by respiratory and cardiac module info.

Long Over Due!!!

As you can tell the Bridges Family has been busy. We enjoyed holiday break and we are all back to the real world. Courtney started her final semester of nursing school this week and has a test Monday. Finley rhode w/ Daddy J to work a few mornings (to be dropped off at Beebe's). We've had three trips: Day One-lost passy at the end of the driveway and stayed fired up for the entire ride. Day Two and Day Three were great--she's getting the hang of morning drive time.

Finley has been growing. Here are some updated pics!

New Year's 2009

<
Times have really changed in our life over the past year and it has been truly amazing. Court and I couldn't imagined how awesome it is to now be parents after wanting it for so long. We continued our tradition with the Holts and rang in the new year with our new baby girls. Last year the Holts actually broke the news to us about being pregnant. Now they have a beautiful 5 mnth old daughter named Olivia. All of us can only imagine what our girls (Finley and Olivia) will be getting into the future...

After a fun night, we hung out at Whit and Dave's and enjoyed some classic Wii action. The boys are so much fun at this age and Sam is really coming into his own. Court and I feel so lucky to have the Herndon's here for Finley to grow up around.

2008 was an awesome year for the Bridges family. Court finished another 2 semesters of nursing school, Finley entered the world, and Daddy J is so thankful for the two wonderful ladies in his life.

Happy New Year to All!!!!!!!
